Radina Gubeva

Associate Concertmaster

With RMSO since Season 4

Radina was born in a family of classical musicians. She is a third generation violin teacher, following in the footsteps of her grandmother and father. Before immigrating to Canada in 2007, she worked as a professional violin player in her home town of Sofia ( Bulgaria) in the State Musical Theater St.Makedonski.

In Calgary she teaches violin and piano and also works as an Education Assistant with the Catholic Board of Education.

In her free time she likes to read, watch movies and make photo books.

She has been with the RMSO since season 4, and is very excited to be a part of the orchestra.
