Payment Methods and Fees
Online, we accept all major credit cards as applicable. At the box office, we are able to accept all forms of payment, including cash, cheque, debit, and credit.
GST and Service Fees are additional.
Age recommendations feature on listings for our family-friendly shows. These are usually only considered guidelines, and audiences of other ages are welcome to attend. Any definite restrictions will be clearly advertised. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Child & Student Tickets
All patrons [including babes in arms] require a ticket.
We offer discounted tickets for Children and Students to the majority of our shows. Please choose the applicable option at booking. Unless otherwise specified, discounted ticket rates apply to the following groups:
$5 everyday online or in person
Young People 13-29
$15 online advance tickets as a PEAK PASS member - conditions apply.
Proof of age may be required to pick up your tickets.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once purchased, we regret that tickets may not be refunded or exchanged.
You may transfer your concert tickets to a friend free of charge using the SHOWPASS app. n.b. There is a limit of 1 transfer per ticket.
Collecting Tickets at the Venue
If you do not wish to print or download your tickets upon purchase, you may collect tickets from the Box Office, either in advance or before the show. If you have your tickets printed (or have the ShowPass app installed), you can skip the pickup and simple scan in.
If you’ve lost the email or forgot a printout, we simply need a piece of ID to issue your tickets.
Advance Ticket Prices
Many performances are cheaper when booked in advance. Any unsold tickets will be available to purchase on the door, though please note these tickets may cost more for some events.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or re-entry to a performance. Latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance before entering. Tickets sold by The Rocky Mountain Symphony should not be resold for profit or commercial gain by any unauthorized seller. In the event of a performance cancellation, The RMSO will take reasonable measures to contact all affected audience members, and will offer either exchange or refunds. The RMSO reserves the right to make changes to advertised line-ups, though reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes in advance.
All ticket purchases through The RMSO Box Office are sold subject to agreement to these terms and conditions.
