All of our concert venues feature wheelchair spaces and barrier-free washrooms.

Parking

All of our concert venues have designated accessible parking.

Wheelchair Seating

The Polaris Centre is an assigned-seat venue with designated wheelchair spaces throughout the theatre.

Seating is NOT assigned at our other venues, but all venues are accessible.

Companion Tickets

Patrons attending the Symphony as a caregiver for a disabled patron are welcome to a free companion ticket.

Please note: Carer tickets must be booked at the same time as the accessible ticket, and are only available through the box office (403) 255-9368 or admin@RMSO.ca

Other Access Needs

We acknowledge that many ailments are not readily visible. Should you have differing requirements, we are happy to help:

• Visiting a new place can feel daunting and overwhelming. We are glad to arrange a visit to the theatre prior to the performance you’ve booked, to familiarize yourself with the environment at a quieter time.

• Booking seats on aisles at the end of rows can make more sense for those who may need more leg-room, or who may need to enter and exit the auditorium throughout the show.
